How We Ship Your Order

Your Folia Body mitts are lovingly dispatched within 24 hours from our Melbourne warehouse (Monday to Friday, AEST). We partner with Australia Post to ensure your silk mitts arrive safely and swiftly.

Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 2pm AEST on business days are dispatched the same day. Weekend orders start their journey on Monday.

Delivery Details

What if I'm not home?

No worries! Australia Post will leave a card for collection at your local post office, or safely leave your package if you've given them authority to do so.

PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

Yes, we deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers – perfect for keeping your skincare routine on track wherever you are.

Rural & Remote Areas

We ship Australia-wide! Remote areas may take an extra 1-2 business days, but we promise your silk mitts are worth the wait.
