How We Ship Your Order
Your Folia Body mitts are lovingly dispatched within 24 hours from our warehouse in Australia. We partner with trusted international carriers – DHL Express, DHL eCommerce, or Australia Post – depending on your location, with Österreichische Post (Austrian Post) handling final delivery to your door.
Quick Processing: Orders are processed every business day (Monday to Friday, Australian time). Due to time differences, orders placed in Austria are typically processed the next Australian business day – but don't worry, we work around the clock to get your mitts on their way!
Delivery Details
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our Australian warehouse, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation. You can track your package through our carrier's website until it reaches Austrian Post for final delivery. Austrian Post will then provide local tracking updates.
What if I'm not home?
Austrian Post typically:
- Leaves a notification card (yellow card/Benachrichtigungskarte) for collection
- Holds your package at the nearest post office or pickup point for 7 days
- May deliver to authorized neighbors if you've given permission
- Offers pickup from over 2,100 locations including post offices and pickup boxes
Alpine & Rural Regions
We ship throughout Austria! Alpine regions and rural areas may take an extra 1-2 business days, but we promise your silk mitts are worth the wait.
Customs & Import Information
Important: As your order ships from outside the EU, please note:
- Orders under €22 were VAT-free (this threshold has been removed as of July 2021)
- All orders are now subject to Austrian VAT (20%)
- Orders over €150 may incur additional customs duties
- Import fees are typically collected by Austrian Post upon delivery
- Occasionally, parcels may be held at customs for inspection, which can add a few days
We declare the actual value of goods on customs forms as required by law. The IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) system may be used to pre-collect VAT at checkout where available.

Change of Mind Returns
Changed your mind? We understand. Simply email us at support.at@foliabody.com with your order number and we'll help you right away. If your mitt hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel and refund your order immediately. If it's already on its way to you, just send it back unopened within 30 days of delivery (return shipping is on you), and we'll process your refund as soon as it arrives back at our warehouse.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Your mitt should arrive in perfect condition, ready to reveal your smoothest skin. If your package has had a rough journey, we'll make it right. Email us at support.at@foliabody.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damage
- A brief description of the issue
